Returns

Due to the nature of personal care and oral hygiene products, we do not accept returns on opened or used products for hygiene and safety reasons.

However, returns may be accepted under the following conditions:

  • The item received is damaged

  • The wrong product was delivered

  • The product is defective

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original packaging

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Proof such as photos or videos of the issue is required

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products

  • Products damaged due to misuse

  • Items without original packaging

  • Discounted or promotional items (unless damaged)

Refunds

Once your complaint is reviewed and approved:

  • A refund will be processed to your original payment method
    OR

  • A replacement product will be shipped (depending on availability)

Refund processing may take 5–10 business days after approval.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us with order details and proof of damage.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
